    한국식 쪽집게 수업

    스케줄: 매주 화, 목 저녁 6시부터
    기간: 5주

    시험/비용

    시험: 5주 수업 후 타이슨스 본사에서 실시 (70점 이상 패스)
    비용: 수업료 $250 + 교재 $100 (한글, 영어교재, 총 3권)

    라이센스

    라이센스 취득 후 별도로 60시간 실전교육 제공
    (뉴스타 식구에 한함)
    등록 후 12개월간 재수강 가능

    Are you looking to obtain your California real estate salesperson or brokers license? If the answer is yes, you’ve come to the right place! Our staff is ready to answer all of your questions. New Star offers top quality real estate courses so you can obtain or maintain your real estate license easily. Our well-rounded curriculum consists of proven exam techniques and study materials that can help you pass your real estate exam the first time. New Star Realty, Inc. established the New Star Real Estate School in 1991 to provide comprehensive real estate courses. In the last 26 years, New Star has produced a total of 17,000 graduates across our various office locations in the U.S.

     

    Salesperson License Requirements

    Salesperson License Requirements
    • Must be over 18 years of age
    • Must finish a minimum of (3) courses
    You must pay an enrollment fee of $240 for our correspondence course. The registration will last for one year and consist of:
    • 2 Mandatory Courses: Principles and Practices
    • 1 Elective Course: Legal - Aspects, Appraisal, Finance, Economics, Property Management, or Escrow Course textbooks
    • Course textbooks
    • There is also an optional master examination preparation book for $60

    Upon completion of the course within 8 weeks, a certificate will be issued after an open book test.
    Salesperson DRE exam application requires Certificate / Application / $60 fee.
    Passing rate: 70% or more correct answers out of 150 questions (3 hours and 15 minutes) (For each subject)

    BROKER LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

    Broker License Requirements
    • Must be over the age of 18 years old
    • Must have at least 2 years full-time licensed salesperson experience within the last 5 years
    For the Home Study Broker Salesperson Course:
    • 5 required courses: Practice / Legal-Aspects / Appraisal / Finance / Economics or Accounting
    • 3 optional courses from the following: Principles / Business Law / Property Management / Escrow
    • Each course is $80; a total of 8 courses are $640
    • A total of 8 courses (24 credits) must be completed

    LICENSE RENEW

    Broker License Requirements
    • Agency / Ethics / Fair Housing / Trust Fund / Risk Management / Real Estate matters / Management & Supervision
    Broker License Requirements
    • 45 hours continuing education for every 4 years (fee: $115)

    Upon completion courses, a certificate will be issued.
    Send a certificate to DRE with renewal fee and an application.
